Once again CAA Berlin will celebrate Thanksgiving with a traditional meal at the communal table of the Zagreus Projekt in Mitte.  Our incredibly talented chef, Uli Krauss, is offering another delicious menu: pumpkin soup with ginger and saffron; roast turkey with maple syrup crust and Steinpilze sauce; cranberry sauce; Serviettenknödel ("napkin" dumplings) with chestnuts, pears, and marjoram; green beans with shallot marmelade and tomates concassées; carrots with saffron and lemon; apple tart with almonds and whipped cream.  The price for the menu is 50€ (Note: this has not changed in the seven years that Uli has been hosting us).  The optional wine pairing with spumante, water, white and red wine is an additional 40€.   For those not taking the wine pairing, alcohol-free Sekt, alcohol-free beer, water, juice, and coffee are available for 20€. Registration and prepayment are required.  When registering, please remember that you are asked how many guests you are bringing; if you are coming alone, this number should remain 0.  Once you have registered, you will get an email message with Uli's IBAN and address to make your payment.  If you have dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, etc.), please advise via email.  The absolute deadline for registration, payment, and cancellation is Wednesday, November 18.  No refunds will be made for any cancellations after this date.  Space is limited to 22.
