This year's menu features: salmon chowder with potatoes, fennel, and lime butter; roast turkey with chestnut, apple, and marjoram stuffing; cranberry-cider sauce; mashed sweet potatoes with saffron and brown butter; green beans with onion marmalade; baby carrots with Marsala and parsley; maple parfait with caramelized apples and walnuts. Vegetarians: please identify yourselves in an email to Patrick Truhn at [email protected] after signing up, so that our chef may prepare an alternative dish for you.
