Once again this year we return to the Zagreus Projekt for a feast prepared by chef Uli Krauss.
DATE: Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 19:30
ADDRESS: Zagreus Projekt, Brunnenstraße 9, 2nd interior courtyard (sign visible from the street)
MENU: Tomato essence with semolina dumplings and basil; roast turkey and bread stuffing with liver, chestnuts, apples, and marjoram; gravy; cranberries with orange and port; pumpkin mousse with saffron; carrots with marsala and parsley; maple syrup parfait and fruits.
COST: 50€ per person, 90€ with wine pairing. Prepayment required to guarantee your booking. When you register you will receive an email with the account number for your wire transfer. Cancellations accepted until midnight, Sunday, November 19. After that date no refunds will be issued unless there is a waiting list.

VEGETARIANS/VEGANS: If you are vegetarian or vegan please inform Patrick Truhn at [email protected] at the time of registration, so that our chef may prepare an alternative.
PLEASE NOTE: When registering please note that the program asks you how many GUESTS you are bringing. If you are not bringing any guests, this number should remain 0. At present, the software is not adjusting bookings when you wish to remove a guest. In that situation, please cancel your booking entirely and then re-enter it correctly.
